DelSolar supplies international PV provider in North America

DelSolar Co. Ltd. (OTSM: 3599) has signed a contract to supply solar modules to a leading international photovoltaic provider for the North American market.

(January 3, 2010) — DelSolar Co. Ltd. (OTSM: 3599) has signed a contract to supply solar modules to a leading international photovoltaic provider for the North American market.

The provider belongs to an international photovoltaic group that has subsidiaries in major solar energy markets worldwide. The contract between DelSolar and the company includes supply terms for product quantities and prices. DelSolar has committed to providing solar modules of about 22MW generating capacity in 2011.

The contract marks a major achievement for DelSolar in the North American market as the company continues to win support from new strategic customers.

DelSolar is dedicated to the research, development, and production of high-quality solar cells, modules, and PV systems. DelSolar was established as a joint venture of Delta Electronics, Inc., and the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), a renowned technology development organization in Taiwan.
