China will sue the EU FIT to WTO

Italy and Greece have stipulated that the power, powered by the PV power inverter projects with main parts produced in EU or European, will obtain a certain amount of subsidy.

Therefore, the PV trade friction between China and EU has the trend of upgrade.

On November 5, 2012, China has suggested to take a negotiation about the PV inverter FIT measures under the Dispute Settlement mechanism of WTO, which officially launched the WTO dispute settlement process.

One of the backgrounds of the Sino-Europe trade dispute is the imbalance of PV inverter supply and demand lead by the global economic depression.
