[] Ontario, Canada-based ARISE Technologies Corporation announced that Day4 Energy Inc. has signed a Letter of Intent to purchase 5 MW of ARISE photovoltaic (PV) cells targeted for production in 2007. These cells will be used in Day4’s new series of PV modules.
