Acta Celebrates €3.5m ($4.8m) PV Contract

Acta’s PV subsidiary ActaSol Srl has signed the EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contract, in which the project should complete by the year-end to qualify for the current generous level of state support.

“We are particularly pleased to have signed the agreement with Tesla Srl as it demonstrates Acta’s ability to sell project authorisations developed from inception by our own team,” said Acta chief executive Paolo Bert.

“In addition, our subsidiary ActaSol has now been approved as EPC main contractor by a leading Italian credit institution.”

Tesla is an investment company owned by the Radaelli family of textile magnates, based in Lecco in northern Italy.
