Here are a couple of updates on teams competing in this year’s Solar Decathlon in Denver in October.
The Northwestern University team held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its entry, House By Northwestern. According to NU, the team worked around the clock for three months to complete its entry, which will be deconstructed and shipped to Denver next month.

While the Washington University team from St. Louis isn’t as far along as the NU team, they offered a sneak peek of their progress.
