300 MW Solar Project for New Mexico?

[RenewableEnergyAccess.com] Two stories recently surfaced regarding a proposal for a new solar photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing facility in New Mexico. According to articles from the Albuquerque Journal and the Associated Press, two private companies plan to build a PV manufacturing facility and install a 300 megawatt solar PV power plant adjacent to the manufacturing facility near Deming, New Mexico.
