$3.5 Million Invested in Standard Solar

Standard Solar Inc., has announced an investment of $3.5 million by Truecast Capital, LLC of Middleburg, Virginia. The 3-year old solar energy services company, is one of the area’s largest providers of residential and small commercial solar power systems.

This investment will be used to build Standard Solar’s capacity to meet the demands of the clean energy marketplace in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and surrounding areas. Truecast Capital’s focus is to bring capital and management expertise to the leadership of small to mid-size firms.
