Denver, July 14, 2010 — Enspiria Solutions, a leading provider of consulting and systems integration services, is pleased to announce that the company continues to expand Smart Grid Program and Project Management capabilities, with its latest additions of Tom Gallegos and Toni Pietrantoni.
Tom Gallegos brings to Enspiria clients over two decades of experience in utility and meter operations, most recently managing the successful deployment of Advanced Metering Infrastructure at Portland General Electric.
Toni Pietrantoni is an expert on AMI systems with experience planning and executing projects at multiple utilities, and joins Enspiria from Elster Solutions.
“Major smart grid projects are being initiated across North America, and outstanding project and program management will be the key to successfully executing and realizing the business and customer benefits which utilities seek,” said Jim Ketchledge, Enspiria’s General Manager of Projects. “Using Enspiria’s leading project management techniques, core practices such as our Integrated Delivery Methodology (IDM) and the addition of industry leaders like Tom and Toni are crucial enablers of success for utilities.”
Enspiria’s Project Management Office (PMO) specializes in the tools, templates and processes that enable smart grid projects to be successfully implemented.
Highly trained project managers supplement utility personnel throughout the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, executing and controlling.
Combining this project management capability with strong system engineering, business process re-engineering, change management and test engineering skills, Enspiria has delivered over 30 major system integration projects in the past 10 years.
