Composite Industries of America announces plans to acquire Tribal Electric Association 2000

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 18, 2001 – Composite Industries of America, Inc. (formerly World Homes, Inc.) announces it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Tribal Electric Association 2000. Tribal Electric is engaged in the business of constructing and operating electric power plants up to 50 MW per plant.

“Tribal Electric will become the wholly-owned ‘Energy’ subsidiary as previously announced in our restructuring plan.” VP of Finance and CFO William Morris states, “We anticipate the contract will be completed and signed within the next 30 days.”
