National energy services firm Conservation Services Group (CSG) has promoted Julie DeSeve to residential retrofit product director. In this position, DeSeve supports business development, marketing, central services and regional operations to support program implementation and delivery. She is based in CSG’s Iselin, N.J., office.       
 
DeSeve began her career at CSG in 1993 in administration, business development and customer service. Two years later, DeSeve was named administrative director for the residential retrofit program CSG ran in Canada, returning to her native province of Quebec. In this role, she participated in the design and execution of residential conservation programs and was involved in marketing, operations, recruiting and training. In 1997, DeSeve returned to the U.S. to work in CSG’s New Jersey office in marketing and left a few years later to raise her children. In 2004, DeSeve returned to CSG as program manager for the home performance with Energy Star pilot program sponsored by South Jersey Gas and then as a statewide program under New Jersey‘s Clean Energy program. In this role, she was responsible for program design and management, procedures, systems and operations. 
 
DeSeve is a graduate of the University of Montreal and attended graduate school at NortheasternUniversity in Boston. A native of Sherbrooke, Canada, she speaks fluent French. DeSeve is a resident of Tinton Falls, N.J.
