Thundering Plains Signs O&M Agreement With NAES

Thundering Plains Wind Farm LLC, announced today the execution of a binding commitment for a multiyear O&M services agreement with NAES Corporation for its 150-megawatt (MW) wind power generating station currently being developed in West Texas. Thundering Plains Wind Farm LLC is a development company that has 4,000 MW combined management experience in wind power generation.

“We are pleased to have a company of NAES caliber operate Thundering Plains. We intend on keeping this facility reliable and within determined commercial availability parameters for 30 years and NAES conforms to this plan,” said Bradley Palmer II, president and CEO of Thundering Plains Wind Farm LLC.

NAES also announced that John P. Brewster has been named president and CEO. Prior to joining NAES, he was Chief Commercial Officer of Composite Technology Corporation and President of its power transmission subsidiary, CTC Cable Corporation and his background includes 32 years of experience in power plant operations, maintenance, and executive management.
