Sunways Solar Inverter Is Monitored by Communicator

Konstanz, Germany [RenewableEnergyAccess.com] A stand-alone photovoltaic (PV) system comprised of 70 Sunways solar inverters has been installed in a village in the Murcia region in Spain. While it feeds the generated energy into the power supply net, the monitoring unit, Sunways Communicator, documents the performance and yield of the system, and displays the data in the Internet-based Sunways Portal. The freestanding system’s solar trackers, a framework used to orient the mounted solar modules, move with the sun to increase the yield of the PV system. Each tracker is connected to two Sunways Solar Inverter NT 5000s with efficiency up to 97%. The peak system performance is 343 kilowatts.
