The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks bids to supply six types of construction commodities under blanket purchase agreements for hydroelectric projects in the Corps’ Walla Walla District. Bids are due Dec. 22.
The Walla Walla District requested information in October on small businesses able to provide a wide range of supplies to Corps dams and national resource centers in the district. It also called for bids in October to provide fishway temperature improvements at 810-MW Lower Granite Dam in Washington and in September to upgrade the juvenile fish passage facility at Lower Granite.
In solicitation set aside for small businesses, the district now seeks bids for a total of 18 five-year blanket purchase agreements, three each for six commodity areas, electric, plumbing, heating-ventilation-air-conditioning, hardware, building material and petroleum.
