Polish utility Energa Hydro Sp. z o.o. seeks bids to refurbish a generator of the 156-MW Zydowo pumped-storage project on Poland’s Radew River. Bids are due August 6.
Energa Hydro operates Zydowo, the 160.2-MW Wloclawek project, and 44 small hydropower plants. The current solicitation calls for extensive reconstruction and modernization of generator Hz-2. Valued at 400,000 euros (US$491,272), the work is expected to require five months.
Solicitation documents may be obtained from the address below. Bids, in Polish, are due by 9 a.m. August 6.
