PENNINGTON, N.J., Feb. 13, 2004 — WorldWater Corp. has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with The Sandi Group, Inc., forming a joint venture to solicit contracts in Iraq in the areas of public works and water and power sector rehabilitation.
The two companies intend to bid on contracts which will utilize WorldWater’s proprietary solar power and water management services, technology and products. The companies have already entered a bid on at least one project in Baghdad.
