The early bird registration deadline for HYDROVISION International 2020 is fast approaching, and we have a no-lose proposition to make it easier for people to make plans during these challenging times:
In this unprecedented situation, we recognize that making a commitment, especially a financial commitment to attend this upcoming event, is not an easy one. Therefore, if you register to attend HYDROVISION between now and April 21, you will not only lock in our early bird rates, but if travel bans are still in place or you are unable to make it, we will give you the option to roll over your registration to HYDROVISION 2021 or receive a full refund.
Registering by April 21 will allow you to save $145 off the individual full summit registration cost, with discounts also available for the power producing training program, one-day summit passes and exhibition passes.
This same policy applies to our group plans. If you’d like to start organizing your group, please contact Debrin Sabino for further information on special discount rates for those bringing five or more individuals from their company.
Individual full summit registrations include access to all of HYDROVISION International’s conference sessions, the keynote session, the utility executive roundtable, the exhibit hall, networking events, delegate lunches, and downloadable papers and presentations.
Additionally, this year we are teaming with the Midwest Hydro Users Group to offer a Hydro Owner/Operator Exchange on Tuesday, July 14. This facilitated activity exclusively for any owner/operator of a hydro facility is a unique your opportunity to come together with other owners/operators to informally share real-life challenges, practical solutions, and ideas to try when you return home.
HYDROVISION International 2020 takes place July 14 through 16 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, Minn., U.S. For full details, visit HydroEvent.com.
