Enron unit to provide energy management services to 40 Macerich properties

December 04, 2000 –Houston, Tex.-based Enron Energy Services, a subsidiary of Enron Corp., and the Macerich Co., a publicly traded real estate investment trust, announced a new 10-year energy management agreement for more than 40 properties.
