Trans Global Services Inc. to continue contract with NYPA

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Aug. 19, 2002 — Trans Global Services Inc. a supplier of technical staffing services announced the award of two-year renewal of its contract with a major electric utility servicing the North East.

Under the contract, valued at $2,500,000 dollars, Trans Global’s subsidiary, TRUECOM, Inc. is providing maintenance engineering services support at the utility’s power generation facility.

Arthur Grider, the newly-elected president and chief executive officer stated, “I am pleased with the ongoing positive progress of the Company and in particular exciting opportunities that lie ahead.” Grider said, “This contract award strengthens the Company’s ability to further penetrate the energy industry.”
