READING, PA, April 3, 2003 — Parsons E&C’s power operations announced the appointment of the following individuals:
Fayez G. Boutros was promoted to Director of Nuclear Services. Boutros is a vice president with 32 years of service with the Parsons E&C.
James M. Coyle was promoted to Manager of Engineering. Coyle is responsible for all nuclear, new coal-fired generation, air quality retrofit, gas turbine, and combined cycle and substation engineering and design for the Reading, Pennsylvania and Chattanooga, Tennessee offices.
Daniel L. Martin was promoted to Director of Power Projects. Martin is responsible for management of coal-fired, gas turbine, and substations services projects. He is a vice president with 21 years of service with Parsons E&C.
