MOSINEE, Wis., March 4, 2003 — Wausau Financial Systems (WFS), a provider of financial transaction processing solutions, and Metavante® Corp., a developer of e-commerce solutions, announced a joint marketing agreement to promote the Metavante Electronic Presentment and Payment (EPP) services to WFS payment processing clients.
Under the terms of the agreement, WFS will offer the Metavante EPP solution, a complete end-to-end Internet-based product for gathering application data, presenting electronic invoices and bills, and managing electronic payments, to users of WFS’ Optima3® ImageRPS remittance solution, including in-house financial institution mortgage and consumer loan processors.
The agreement also includes the execution of specific joint marketing activities to further increase the visibility of Metavante EPP solutions among current and prospective WFS remittance and Proof of Deposit (POD) processing clients.
