TIO to offer bill payment services for Gulf Power customers

Bill payment processor TIO Networks Corp. has partnered with Gulf Power, an electric utility company servicing Northwest Florida, to make bill paying more convenient for its customers.

Gulf Power customers in the Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach areas now have the option to pay their bills in real time using self-service kiosks at select Circle K convenience stores.

TIO’s self-service kiosk locations accept cash and are accessible 24 hours, seven days a week, and in multiple languages. Customers have the option to have bills processed in real time to avoid interest or late fees. To pay their monthly utilities, users can visit a TIO kiosk at participating Circle K locations with cash and a copy of their bill.

TIO has more than 1,200 kiosk locations processing in excess of 250,000 bill payment transactions per month.

TIO is a cloud-based bill payment processor serving the largest telecom, wireless, cable and utility bill issuers in North America.

Gulf Power Co. is an investor-owned electric utility with all of its common stock owned by Atlanta-based Southern Co. Gulf Power serves more than 430,000 customers in eight counties throughout Northwest Florida.
