The courses provide detailed information on the operation and functionality of specific products. Classes are offered to customers in one and two day sessions and costs vary. Users can register through e-mail or by calling in advance. The Substation Automation Solutions business consists of three main product categories: substation automation, monitoring and diagnostics, and portable testing equipment. Classes are offered for each product category throughout the year and classes are held in Calgary and Montreal, Canada, as well as in Taby, Sweden and Bad Homburg, Germany.
