RMSI becomes an ESRI business partner

NEW DELHI, India, July 8, 2003 — RMSI, a global IT services company, announced that they have joined the Business Partner program of Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) as a GIS application developer. ESRI is a vendor of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software and solutions.
