Building on the success of the Knowledge Hubs offered in 2019, the HYDROVISION International 2021 event also will feature two Knowledge Hubs.
Knowledge Hubs are locations in the exhibit hall that offer educational sessions free for all attendees Each session is 30 minutes long, making them accessible to attend in a packed schedule, and they will take place whenever the exhibit hall is open, on Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday and Thursday.

Each hub will feature up to 14 sessions over three days, with sessions featuring a single speaker highlighting a targeted subject.

- Integration of Variable Renewable Energy Sources and Battery Storage through the Leveraging of Existing Hydro Assets
HYDROVISION International 2021 is going to feature many dynamic speakers and a plethora of exciting conference content. For example, most recently we announced that Jason Thackston, senior vice president, energy resources, with Avista is speaking during the Tuesday afternoon opening keynote session. Avista is a host utility for HYDROVISION International 2021, along with Chelan PUD.
