A unit of Turkish hydro developer Enerjisa seeks bids to provide civil works and hydro-mechanical works as well as electro-mechanical equipment for the 409.4-MW Pervari Dam hydroelectric project on Turkey’s Botan River. Bids in two solicitations are due Oct. 30 and Nov. 15.
Another Enerjisa unit took bids in July and August for civil construction and electro-mechanical equipment for 168.4-MW Incir Dam on the Buyuk Cay River. Enerjisa announced in April that European hydro utilities Verbund and E.ON finalized an international asset exchange that gave E.ON a half-interest in Enerjisa with Turkey’s Sabanci.
In the first of two solicitations, Enerjisa unit Pervari Elektrik Uretim Madencilik ve Sanayi Ticaret A.S. now seeks bids by 4 p.m. October 30 for construction of the Pervari Dam project in Pervari District of Siirt Province. Work includes a diversion tunnel, cofferdams, 154-meter-tall concrete-faced rockfill dam, intake, high and low pressure tunnels, bottom outlet, penstocks, spillway with three radial gates, main powerhouse, ecological powerhouse, switchyard excavation, and hydro-mechanical works. The work is to require 46 months.

In a second solicitation, Pervari Elektrik Uretim seeks bids by 4 p.m. November 15 for design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment including two 195.5-MW Francis turbine-generators for the main powerhouse and two 9.2-MW Francis units for the ecological powerhouse, valves, balance of plant, controls, protection, switchgear, and generator step-up transformers for Pervari. The work is to require 48 months.
