Polish utility Energa Hydro Sp. z.o.o. has extended the deadline for bids to supply a replacement transformer block for the 160.2-MW Wloclawek hydroelectric project on Poland’s Wisla River. Bids now are due June 3.
Bids previously were due May 16. Energa Hydro operates Wloclawek, 44 small hydropower plants, and 156-MW Zydowo pumped-storage project.
The utility seeks delivery, installation, and commissioning of a replacement 72-megavolt-ampere transformer Block 3 for a Kaplan turbine-generator at Wloclawek. The work is to be completed in 270 months for an estimated 387,000 euros (US$571,811).
Tender documents may be obtained from the address below. Bidders are required to arrange a site visit at Wloclawek prior to the bidding deadline.
