Bus Protection Relay
|
Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories’ SEL-587Z high-impedance bus differential relay provides accurate monitoring, control and protection while its high-impedance differential elements provide fast tripping for in-zone faults, and greater security during heavy through-faults and CT saturation. The relay can be integrated with SCADA systems via Modbus, SEL ASCII or SEL’s proprietary Fast Messaging protocol through a real-panel port. A front-mounted serial port allows interface via laptop or other tool.
