Judge orders joint planning between OG&E and AEP/CSW:
An administrative law judge ordered OG&E Electric Services and AEP/CSW to approach the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) and conduct joint planning to determine effects the AEP/CSW merger would have on regional transmission. At press time, a solution was to be forwarded to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission by June 14.
