Altek Power Corporation announces equipment deal for Fort Macleod Project

The MOU between Texas Australia and Altek dated March 7, 2001 addresses the equipment side of the Fort Macleod Project in Alberta, Canada. recently announced by Altek, which contemplates up to 100 megawatts of power generation together with thermal energy (cogeneration). The MOU contemplates that a final binding agreement will be reached upon finalization of commercial terms. The agreeent will be subject to regulatory approval as required.
