East Hills, NY, April 26, 2002 — Pall Corp. announced that it has completed the acquisition of Filterite and other divisions of the Filtration and Separations Group (FSG) from USFilter Corp.
The other acquired divisions are Fluid Dynamics, also headquartered in the United States; SeitzSchenk and Schumacher, both headquartered in Germany; and Exekia, headquartered in France.

The addition of approximately $270 million in sales from FSG is the largest acquisition to date for Pall Corporation, bringing the Company to more than $1.5 billion in sales. FSG, a pioneer in filtration products for the separation and purification of liquids and gases, primarily serves the food & beverage, industrial, microelectronics, biotech and pharmaceutical industries through its five divisions.
