DR Congo recruits auditor for power system program

The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) seeks expressions of interest from consultants to audit its hydropower-based power supply and export program. Responses are due July 5.

The DRC has received funding from the World Bank’s International Development Association and previously solicited financial management, consultants, and more general legal assistance to guide rehabilitation and financing of the Inga hydroelectric complex. (HNN 3/9/07)

In the current solicitation, the Ministere d’Energie seeks expressions of interest from auditing consultants. Expressions of interest, in French, are due by 3 p.m. July 5.
