Calcagno, Gloschat join Gannett Fleming’s security team

Gannett Fleming announces two additions to its Security and Safety Services Team: Frank Calcagno, Jr., and Joachim A. Gloschat, Jr.

Calcagno will help deliver innovative solutions to the company’s clients throughout the U.S. He has expertise in emergency preparedness and management for water infrastructure clients.

Previously, Calcagno was senior physical infrastructure security specialist with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Calcagno will be based in Fairfax, Va.

He has received merit awards from FERC and the Association of State Dam Safety Officials.

Gloschat leads inspection teams to evaluate organizations’ security programs and recommends program improvements. He has a background in applying 30 years of military counterintelligence experience to designing and implementing protective physical security systems.

Gloschat will be based in Phoenix.

He is a certified protection professional, physical security professional and professional certified investigator.

Gannett Fleming is a global infrastructure firm that provides planning, design, technology and construction management services for a diverse range of markets and disciplines, including dams and hydro.

Recent work the company has been involved in includes the design of Fusegates to be installed at the Pikes Creek Dam and Springton Dam in Pennsylvania.
