DISTRIBUTECH International 2025 launches ‘call for content’

DISTRIBUTECH International 2024

DISTRIBUTECH International, North America’s largest transmission and distribution utility event, has officially launched the “call for content” for DISTRIBUTECH International 2025, which takes place in Dallas, Texas March 24-27, 2025.

The “call for content” allows electric utility industry leaders to participate in DISTRIBUTECH International’s world-class educational conference program through thought leadership. Submissions will be reviewed by the event’s distinguished advisory committee.

DISTRIBUTECH’s ‘call for content’ is a critical step to developing the electric utility’s largest and most influential event,” said John Engel, DISTRIBUTECH International and POWERGRID International editor-in-chief. “Our advisory committee is anxious to review the cutting-edge innovations and solutions presented by industry leaders.”

John McDonald, an IEEE life fellow and 28-year member of the DISTRIBUTECH International advisory committee, urged industry leaders to take full advantage of the “call for content,” adding that the event’s technical content “provides significant value to all stakeholder groups.”

“The technical content of a conference must address the changing technology landscape each year and have a pulse on what industry people need to be successful in their jobs. The ideal model is to encourage key industry people who have this pulse from their industry to participate,” McDonald said.

DISTRIBUTECH International 2025‘s educational conference program will focus on these key topics:
