Watch: Highlights of DISTRIBUTECH International Day 3

It’s the third and final day of DISTRIBUTECH International 2022.

Some highlights for today:

Check out the exhibit hall and look at the EVs and chargers on display.  EVs and electrification is a huge topic as utilities are planning, strategizing, and trying to understand how best to manage a grid that delivers electricity not just to homes and businesses but to vehicles as well.

If you haven’t visited the Initiate! section, take some time to learn about the 24 startups exhibiting there and competing for a prize. The winner will be announced at 10 AM today. Duke Energy and AWS are this year’s Initiate sponsors.

The final 12 conference sessions also take place this morning, covering things like Accelerating DER Adoption Through a DERMS Deployment at Commonwealth Edison, Designing and Deploying ADMS at Extreme Scale, New Opportunities to Strengthen Utility Networks with Energy Storage and so much more.

And the final partner program, Strategies for Building Inclusive Transportation Electrification Planning, put on by Forth Mobility takes place today.
