[RenewableEnergyAccess.com] The Governor of Wisconsin is calling for legislation requiring 10 percent use of ethanol as one of more than a dozen goals he outlined in an aggressive agenda to see the state into the future. He plans to increase the state’s use of renewable energy, and develop a strategy that will ensure a reliable, affordable, and environmentally friendly supply of energy.
