Two Billion in European Biomass Contracts

[] The European market for biomass plants is arguably the strongest in the internationals markets. Green Energy Resources just tapped into some of that demand with new contract the company says is worth approximately USD$ 2 billion dollars. The 10 year, three stage contract beginning in 2006 will see the completion of three new biomass power plants. The largest of the biomass power plants is a 250 MW plant that will consume 4 million tons annually. The third of three plants is currently scheduled to be completed in 2009.
