The Year for Renewables on Wall Street

Our financial contributor Rob Wilder, who is CEO and Founder of Wilder Shares, talks about the ups and downs for renewable energy on Wall Street in 2006. Investing in clean energy can be a risky proposition, but Rob is optimistic about the market next year. New technological and political developments in the U.S. could make 2007 a good year for investing; although, that shouldn’t make people forget about the financial risk of investing in clean energy, he says.

Also in the program: Dan Reicher, Co-Chair of the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE) and Former Assistant Secretary of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy at the Department of Energy, talks about some of the predictions coming out of ACORE’s Phase II conference in Washington, D.C. last month. Inside Renewable Energy offers the latest in renewable energy news and information.
