Report: Hydropower Industry Tops US $56 Billion in 2011

A newly-released report indicates that the global hydropower market is worth US56.51 billion this year.

The “Hydropower Market 2011-2021” report by independent business information provider Visiongain was presented by Global Information Inc. Visiongain’s forecast is defined in terms of spending on new hydropower projects in addition to spending on upgrades and expansions.
