NYIT Offers Conference on Renewable Energy Technology

Old Westbury, New York [RenewableEnergyAccess.com] New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) brings together policy makers, business leaders, and scientists to address the critical impact of global warming and energy consumption in a conference that will also focus on technological innovations that produce renewable energy. Energy Shock, Climate Change, and the Role of Technology, sponsored by NYIT’s Center for Energy, Environment, and Economics, will take place on Friday, June 1, 2007, 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the de Seversky Center, NYIT’s Old Westbury, N.Y., campus ($65 prior to May 29).
