North Country Sees Economic Boon in Wood-to-Biofuel Plan

Manchester, New Hampshire [New Hampshire Business Review] William Dell’Orfano, whose plan to pioneer construction and demolition debris incineration in New Hampshire resulted in a cloud of controversy and a ban on the practice, is now involved in an effort to introduce another new technology to the state, and indeed the nation: creating an additive to gasoline out of wood chips.
