New Multilingual RE Research has Global Reach

Solar International Management, Inc. (SIM) a business consulting and financial advisory firm in Washington DC, has opened a multi-lingual market research division, providing clients the ability to accurately track sustainable energy developments around the world.

Washington D.C. – March 26, 2003 [SolarAccess.com] The new operation has the ability to conduct research in English, Chinese, Japanese, German and Spanish. “Increasingly, we all need to understand how events and conditions in China, Japan, Europe, and around the world affect our own program, whether we are in business, nonprofit work, institutions, or government,” said Michael Eckhart, president of SIM. Jodie Roussell, Research Associate, has joined SIM to provide research services to the firm’s clients. Roussell has lived in China, Japan and Germany and brings an extensive understanding of those cultures. “English is the language of the international Internet, but within each country business is conducted in the native language,” said Roussell. To understand what is going on, you have to research in the local language.” SIM serves clients in Renewable Energy – solar, wind, hydro, biomass, and others – as well as other forms of clean energy, hydrogen, environmental technologies and power generation.
