Navigant Consulting Acquires Summit Blue

Navigant Consulting Inc. has acquired Summit Blue Consulting, an energy industry consulting firm specializing in energy efficiency, demand-side management, Smart Grid, and renewable energy. Additional transaction details were not disclosed.

Founded in 2000, Summit Blue is an energy consulting firm headquartered in Boulder, Colorado.  The firm supports the energy industry by working with clients to understand the technology, market, and regulatory risks associated with resource investment decisions, and developing strategies to quantify and mitigate those risks.
