Methanol Plant in Equatorial Guinea Resumes Production

June 11, 2002 [SolarAccess.com] Atlantic Methanol Production Company, in which Noble Energy has a forty-five percent interest, resumed production, as scheduled, at its methanol plant in Equatorial Guinea on June 3, 2002 and is scheduled to gradually ramp up over a two-week period to its normal production levels of 2,500 metric tons per day. The plant was shutdown for a period of 65 days to enable the manufacturer to make repairs on the reformer.
