Manure-to-Energy Plant Slated for Mexico

May 14, 2002 [SolarAccess.com] Plans for the first manure-based power plant in Mexico are set for a ranching area in the Hidalgo state in the central part of the country. The 75 MW plant, to be built in Tizayuca 60 kilometers north of Mexico City, reportedly will cost US$70 million.
