Indigenous Global Moves Wind Power into Contra Costa

Indigenous Global Development Corporation (IGDC), formerly Focal Corporation , is moving forward with its plans to provide Contra Costa County with up to 15 wind-powered turbines on land currently being used by the Keller Canyon Landfill Company.
