Gov Announces New Appointee to Renewable Fuel Commission

[] Missouri Gov. Matt Blunt appointed Michael D. Geske of Matthews, Missouri to serve on the Missouri Ethanol and Other Renewable Fuel Sources Commission. Geske owns and farms a 2,350 acre row crop operation with corn as his primary crop. Geske has served as vice-president of the Missouri Corn Growers Association and has been active on the Missouri Corn Merchandising Council and the Missouri Farm Bureau. He has his Bachelors in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri. The Missouri Senate confirmed Geske’s appointment on March 10 for a term ending March 25, 2008.
