GM Partners with Colorado to Add E85 Stations in 2007

Washington, DC [RenewableEnergyAccess.com] Colorado Governor Bill Ritter announced the plans for the addition of forty new E85 ethanol fueling locations to be opened across the state by the end of 2007. These plans are part of a partnership between General Motors (GM) and the Colorado E85 Coalition, and the new fueling locations will be promoted by GM as part of a broader, ongoing national GM campaign to increase the use and awareness of ethanol-based E85 fuel. The announcement was made on Feb. 15 at the Colorado State Capitol during a presentation by GM executives, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Gov. Ritter.
