Geothermal Investment ‘to Exceed $500m’

Australia [The Age] More than $500 million will be invested in Australia’s geothermal sector by 2012 to explore “hot rock” alternative energy sources, an energy expert says. Barry Goldstein, of the South Australian government’s primary industries arm, said SA will dominate the geothermal growth, describing the state as “Australia’s hot rock haven”.
