Exclusive PV Re-Seller Contract Underway

September 19, 2003 [SolarAccess.com] Southern States Power Company, a member of the National Biodiesel Board, has facilitated the first energy project under its product re-seller agreement with Shell Solar Industries. The project involves a photovoltaic (PV) system for a two-acre residential property in Apple Valley, California. Under terms of the re-seller agreement with Shell Solar, Southern States was appointed as a re-seller for the promotion and sale of PV products for a period of one year in the southern California counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, and Inyo Counties, as well as for sovereign Indian Nations across the United States. The re-seller agreement will allow Southern States’ subsidiary companies to market and sell Shell Solar equipment on a number of planned solar energy projects.
