Ethanol Maker Hawkeye Holdings Files $350 M IPO

Washington, DC [Reuters] Ethanol producer Hawkeye Holdings Inc. may raise up to $350 million in an initial public offering, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday. Terms have not been set for the offering expected to be underwritten by Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Banc of America Securities LLC, according to the filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
